You own your creations. We own our platform. If you use someone else's IP in a prompt and it shows up in the output, that's on you — not us. We'll handle DMCA takedown requests for content hosted on our platform.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own all content you generate using Skylina. This includes the right to use, commercialize, modify, and distribute outputs. The AI models used to generate content are tools — the creative output belongs to the human prompter.
Skylina retains ownership of: (a) the Skylina platform, website, and UI; (b) AI models and training infrastructure; (c) service marks, logos, and branding; (d) documentation and policy pages. You may not use Skylina's branding to imply endorsement.
AI generation is powered by third-party models. Your use of these models through Skylina is subject to the respective provider's terms. Current providers:
| Format | Provider | Model |
|---|---|---|
| Code | Anthropic | Claude |
| Images | Sapiom (via Polsia) | Sapiom Image Gen |
We will update this list when models change.
AI model training data is controlled by the respective model providers (Anthropic, Sapiom). For details, refer to the provider's published model cards. You can opt out of having your outputs used for Skylina model improvement at any time in your account settings.
You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and the resulting outputs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Skylina is not responsible for content generated based on your prompts.
