We use your data to: (a) deliver the AI generation service; (b) maintain account security; (c) process payments via Stripe; (d) improve our AI models and platform (unless you opt out); (e) comply with legal obligations; (f) respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) service providers (Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI models, cloud hosting); (b) law enforcement when legally required; (c) third parties with your explicit consent. See our Sub-processors List for full details.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data enters a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion. After the grace period, data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Legal compliance data (consent logs, DMCA records) is retained for 7 years per legal requirements.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+), secure password hashing (bcrypt), and access controls. No system is 100% secure — if a breach occurs that affects your data, we will notify you within 72 hours per GDPR requirements.
Your data is primarily stored in the United States. For EU users, data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions. See our Sub-processors List for enterprise customers.

Skylina does not knowingly collect data from users under 13. Accounts identified as under 13 cannot complete registration. For users aged 13-17, parental consent may be required depending on jurisdiction. See our AI Safety Policy for content restrictions on minor accounts.
We will notify you of material changes via email and the in-app notification system. The "Last updated" date reflects the effective date of the current version.
