DMCA Takedown Policy

TL;DR — The Short Version

If content generated by Skylina infringes your copyright, fill out our DMCA form. We'll review within 48 hours and remove confirmed infringements. Knowingly submitting a false claim is itself illegal.

1. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

To submit a DMCA takedown request, you must provide:

Your name and contact information (email, physical address)
Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed
URL of the allegedly infringing content on Skylina
URL of the original work you believe was infringed (if applicable)
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
Your physical or electronic signature

2. Our Process

Receipt	Within 24 hours	Confirm receipt of your DMCA notice
Review	Within 48 hours	Assess whether content is likely infringing
Action	Within 48 hours of decision	Remove or restore content, notify affected parties
Counter-notice	10-14 days	Affected user may submit counter-notice if they believe the takedown was wrong

3. Counter-Notice Process

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice containing: (1) your name and contact info; (2) identification of removed content and where it appeared; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error; (4) your signature. We will restore content within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts that receive multiple valid DMCA notices will have their ability to generate and share content suspended. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA safe harbor provisions.
