Refund Policy

Version 1.0 Effective: June 3, 2026

TL;DR — The Short Version

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. If the service is down for more than 24 continuous hours, we'll credit your account proportionally. We don't refund partial credit pack purchases.

Credit Packs

All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable once the credits are added to your account. This applies to all tiers. Before purchasing, review what format each credit pack covers and ensure it meets your needs.

Credits do not expire but are tied to your account. If your account is banned for ToS violations, remaining credits are forfeited without refund.

Service Credits for Downtime

If Skylina fails to meet the Service Level Agreement (99.9% uptime), affected accounts receive service credits as follows:

Service credits are applied automatically within 5 business days of the end of the affected billing month. Credits may not be exchanged for cash.

Subscription Cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months. Annual subscriptions cancelled before the year ends receive a prorated credit toward future subscriptions, not a cash refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us at billing@skylina.polsia.app may result in account suspension. We resolve billing disputes amicably — reach out first.

How to Request a Refund or Credit

To request a service credit or report a billing error:

  1. Email billing@skylina.polsia.app with your account email and description of the issue
  2. We review requests within 3 business days
  3. If approved, credits appear in your account within 5 business days

For Stripe payment disputes (chargebacks), contact us first — we're usually able to resolve issues without the bank involvement.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy with 30 days notice posted on our legal pages. Transactions made before the update follow the policy that was in effect at the time of purchase.
