Acceptable Use Policy

TL;DR — The Short Version
No harmful content. No illegal use. No circumventing our safety systems. Don't scrape our service, abuse rate limits, or try to reverse-engineer our AI. If you do something bad, we'll suspend your account.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use Skylina to generate, create, or facilitate content that:
- Sexual content: Pornography, sexual services, NSFW content involving minors, non-consensual sexual imagery
- Hate speech: Content attacking protected groups based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or national origin
- Harassment: Targeted harassment of individuals, doxxing, threats, incitement to violence
- Fraud & scams: Crypto scams, phishing, investment fraud, impersonation, fake testimonials
- Illegal acts: Instructions for illegal activities, drug manufacturing, weapons guidance
- Impersonation: Deepfakes, synthetic likenesses of real people without consent
- Copyright infringement: Direct replication of copyrighted material you don't have rights to
- Harmful instructions: Malware creation, hacking tutorials, content designed to harm individuals or systems
2. Platform Abuse
The following are prohibited:
- Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from Skylina without authorization
- Abusing rate limits or attempting to circumvent usage controls
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract model weights or proprietary technology
- Using automated tools to access the Service without prior written consent
- Reselling or redistributing Skylina outputs in violation of these Terms
- Using Skylina to build a competing AI service
- Mass-generating content for spam, SEO manipulation, or other abuse
3. Enforcement
Violations may result in: (a) content filtering or blocking; (b) account suspension; (c) permanent account termination; (d) referral to law enforcement for illegal activity. We may not notify you before taking action if the violation is severe.
4. Reporting Violations
Report violations to safety@skylina.polsia.app. Include: (1) description of the violation; (2) evidence or examples; (3) your contact information. We respond within 48 hours.
